Which kit is right for my child's age?
Every product shows a recommended age. As a rule of thumb: memory and picture games from 3–4 years, rock painting from 4, drawing kits from 6–8 and gem art and mechanical pencils for older children and teens. Not sure? Send us your child's age and interests through the contact form and we will suggest a kit.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship across the EU and worldwide. EU orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days and international orders in 7–21 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How much is shipping?
EU shipping is €4.90 and free on orders over €50. Shipping to the rest of the world is €12.90. You always see the exact cost before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes. As an EU consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send us your withdrawal through the contact form with your order number. Details and a model withdrawal form are on the Returns page. The cost of sending the goods back is paid by you.
How do I pay?
Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives, so nothing is charged online and you never enter card details on our site.
Are the products safe for small children?
All products are sold with age recommendations. Kits marked "small parts" are not suitable for children under 3 years. Please supervise younger children during crafts.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift message in the order notes. We never put prices inside the parcel.
