Returns & Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

1. Tell us – use our contact form, choose the topic "Withdrawal from a purchase" and enter your order number. You can copy the model form below into the message box. Send it before the 14 days are over.
2. Get instructions – we reply to the email address you entered with the steps for sending the goods back.
3. Send the goods back – within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal.
4. Get your refund – we refund the price of the goods and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods or you have shown proof that you sent them. Because you pay on delivery, we will ask in our reply where to send the refund.

Conditions

• You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back.
• You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature and how they work.
• Please pack the goods carefully and use a tracked service.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us through the contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply in full.
