These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on imaginationshub.com. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. About us

imaginationshub.com is an online store selling art and drawing kits, craft kits and educational games for children and families. You can reach us through our contact form, monday to sunday.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its security or performance or try to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.

3. Products and age recommendations

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product, and lifestyle photos show the product in use. Each product shows a recommended age; products marked "small parts" are not suitable for children under 3 years. Craft activities with young children should be supervised by an adult.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you order. Prices may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the one you pay.

5. Placing an order

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, accept these terms and press the button "Place order with obligation to pay". Pressing this button means you are placing a binding order that obliges you to pay. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm that your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; in that case we will tell you.

6. Payment

The only payment method is cash on delivery: you pay the total shown at checkout to the courier when the parcel is handed to you. No payment is taken online and we never ask for card details on this website.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship across the EU and worldwide. Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement through our contact form; you can use the model withdrawal form on our Returns & Withdrawal page, where you will also find the full conditions.

9. Faulty products and complaints

If a product is faulty or damaged, tell us through the contact form with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract apply in full.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for damage caused by using products contrary to their instructions or age recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Final provisions

We may update these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. If you live in the EU you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Out-of-court dispute resolution may be available through your national consumer body.
