Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
Payment on delivery
You pay the total of your order (products plus shipping) to the courier when the parcel is delivered. Please have the amount ready.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships you receive a tracking number and link so you can follow it on the courier's website.
Delivery
Parcels are delivered to the address you enter at checkout. If nobody is home, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for collecting your parcel. Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming your order.
Customs
Orders within the EU have no customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, tell us through the contact form with your order number. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
